Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. If your product has been altered in any way it cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To return any product purchased from Pickem Parts, LLC, you’ll be required to follow the procedures that apply to your circumstances, outlined below: Damage product returns and manufacturers defects: If you notice damages or defects to your order once it has been opened and you choose to return the order, you are responsible to re-package the order using the item’s original packaging materials and assure that the product is suitable for shipping. You are required to contact Pickem Parts, LLC within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange the shipping of your damaged merchandise back to Pickem Parts, LLC and will re-issue a replacement order.
Damaged Product Returns
All products come with a 30 day return window after date of delivery in circumstances of product failure and manufacturing defects. Failure is defined as products that are damaged during shipping or damaged at some prior to receipt of item. Damages created during customer installation are not covered under warranty. Manufacturing defects are defined as when a product is improperly manufactured and departs from its intended design.
In order for us to help with any damaged products we will need images of the damages within the first 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide this information to our customer service department immediately upon receiving your product via support@pickemparts.com
Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Pickem Parts, LLC warrants products to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. Our products are further warranted for adequacy of design when used in accordance with design limits and when properly specified, installed and maintained. This warranty does not apply to uses not in compliance with specific applications and installations, or to modified products.
All warranty obligations of Pickem Parts, LLC shall be limited to thirty (30) days. In no event will Pickem Parts, LLC be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage, however caused.
Customer Choice Returns
For all returns excluding damages and defects, you must repackage the order using the items’ original packaging materials assuring that the product is suitable for shipping. Customers are responsible to ship the order back, at their expense, to Pickem Parts, LLC in unused and resell-able condition. You may use the shipping carrier that is most convenient for you. You are required to contact Pickem Parts, LLC about the return within 30 days of receiving your order. Merchandise returned for customer convenience is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
